Hi, I’m Evgeniia.
I turn business data into clear decisions — and ideas into digital products.
I’m a Business Data Analyst focused on operations, KPI analytics, SQL, Power BI and business intelligence.
Before moving deeper into analytics, I spent more than 12 years working with business operations, financial performance, customer service and management teams in the banking industry.
That experience shaped the way I work with data today.
For me, analytics is not only about dashboards, SQL queries or charts. It is about understanding what is happening inside a business, why it is happening, and what we can improve next.

From operations to analytics
For many years, I worked directly with the numbers behind real business decisions.
- Sales performance.
- Operational KPIs.
- Customer portfolios.
- Service quality.
- Team efficiency.
- Financial results.
As a branch and operations manager, I regularly used these indicators to understand performance, identify problems and make decisions.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in the data itself.
How can we see patterns earlier?
How can a dashboard make a complex situation easier to understand?
Which metrics actually help managers make better decisions?
And how can data turn everyday business processes into something more measurable, predictable and efficient?
Today, this is the direction I continue to develop professionally.
I work with SQL, Power BI, FineBI, Excel and business reporting, combining analytical tools with practical experience in operations and management.
I like data that leads somewhere
A good report should answer a question.
A good dashboard should make something clearer.
And a good analysis should help someone make a better decision.
My main areas of interest include:

I’m especially interested in analytics that connects data with real business processes rather than treating numbers as something separate from the people and decisions behind them.
I also build things
Analytics is my professional direction, but curiosity often takes me further.
In my free time, I work on Android side projects and explore product ideas, user experience, behavioral patterns and product analytics.
One of these projects is MyAquaLogy, a privacy-focused water tracking app designed around a simple idea: helping people build a healthier hydration routine without pressure, noise or unnecessary complexity.
Working on my own projects gives me another perspective on data.
Instead of only analyzing an existing business, I can think about the full product journey:
idea → user experience → product decisions → data → improvement
These projects are experiments, learning experiences and a way for me to understand digital products from the inside.
Currently in Tashkent
I’m currently based in Tashkent, sunny Uzbekistan.
Before moving here, I spent time living in Thailand.
Living in different places has become an important part of my life. New cities change routines, perspectives and sometimes even the way you think about work.
So this website is not only about analytics.
It is also a place where I collect observations, projects, ideas and stories from the places where life happens.
